At Kick And Rush, we believe that doing the right thing is non-negotiable. Whether it’s how we treat people, manage suppliers, or build client relationships—we value honesty, transparency, and accountability.
Our whistleblowing mechanism is here for anyone—employees, suppliers, or partners—who needs a safe space to speak up.
Our Whistleblowing Policy
Our whistleblowing mechanism is a confidential channel available to all employees and external stakeholders to report serious concerns or misconduct that could impact individuals, the workplace environment, or the integrity of the organization.
It is designed to ensure that anyone who witnesses an incident (e.g. a breach of ethics, legal violation, harm to people or the company) can raise the alert safely, in good faith, and without fear of retaliation.
Any breach of our ethical principles, as well as any violations of laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
-
Human rights violations
-
Fraud & Corruption
-
Personal data protection breaches
-
Discrimination & Harassment
-
Health & Safety issues
-
Environmental harm
-
Any crimes or offences
No retaliatory actions (disciplinary or legal) will be taken by the company against a whistleblower acting in good faith. If the whistleblower believes they are facing retaliation, they should report it immediately via the whistleblowing channel.
Please note, however, that serious or repeated misuse of the system—such as knowingly making false or malicious reports—may be subject to internal investigation and appropriate actions, depending on the nature of the abuse.
The whistleblower can report an incident, anonymously or not, by email to: ethics@kickandrush.com
The report will be received and handled confidentially by our Ethics Officer. If any action is required, it will be managed in a way that fully protects the identity of the whistleblower and the confidentiality of the information shared.
-
The Ethics Officer receives and reviews the report confidentially.
-
If additional information is needed, the Ethics Officer may reach out, without compromising the whistleblower’s identity.
-
The Ethics Officer reviews and manages the case, potentially collaborating with the whistleblower on the investigation. If support is needed, only anonymized information is shared with carefully selected individuals, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
-
The whistleblower is informed when the report has been reviewed in accordance with the internal procedure.
