Large companies with 250+ employees, €40M+ revenue, or €20M+ assets.
Listed companies on EU markets (excluding micro-companies).
Non-EU companies making €150M+ in the EU with an EU branch or subsidiary.

When?

The rules roll out in phases:

2024: Companies under the current NFRD.
2025: Other large companies.
2026: Listed SMEs and small financial firms.
