What is CSRD?
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is a new EU regulation that requires companies to report on their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. It aims to ensure transparency and accountability in how businesses impact people and the planet.

Ok, will it affect me?
The CSRD applies to:
- Large companies with 250+ employees, €40M+ revenue, or €20M+ assets.
- Listed companies on EU markets (excluding micro-companies).
- Non-EU companies making €150M+ in the EU with an EU branch or subsidiary.
When?
The rules roll out in phases:
- 2024: Companies under the current NFRD.
- 2025: Other large companies.
- 2026: Listed SMEs and small financial firms.
In the short term, CSRD pushes companies to get their ESG data in order. Since mid-2024, businesses must start tracking carbon footprints, gathering supplier data, and aligning teams for compliance.
The biggest challenge? Collecting and verifying accurate, auditable sustainability data. Acting early ensures a smoother transition and avoids regulatory risks—which is why we're here to help.
