Job Summary

  • Internship agreement: tripartite convention with the school
  • Location: position based in Belgium, office in Wavre, Mortsel, open to telework
  • Flexible schedule
  • Starting date:  Flexible
  • Duration: min. 3 months, ideally 6 months

Together with our Human Resources and Finance Department, you'll participate in the team’s activities, and will be responsible for a series of missions detailed below. As part of your internship, you'll report to the HR Director and work together with the Finance manager.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Human Resources

  • ­Support the HR Director in the recruitment process (drafting and disseminating job description, screening and shortlisting applicants, pre-interviewing).
  • ­Provide support in drafting employment offers and contracts.
  • ­Prepare the monthly payroll and coordinate with accounting for timely payment.
  • ­Manage the onboarding of new staff members (administrative onboarding, including contract and conventions, benefits set up, office onboarding and staff integration).
  • ­Provide support to employees in their administrative requests (time off and leaves, work rules related queries, etc.).
  • ­Regularly verify the HR-related insurance policies requirements status and take action when required.
  • ­Support the HR Director in the setup of new HR-related policies and in their implementation.

Accounting

  • Support the Finance Manager in general accounting tasks.
  • Manage Purchase invoices, vendor bill, bank statement administration.
  • Oversee the Accounts payables and account receivables.
  • Take charge of client payment reminders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ­Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • ­Excellent planning, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • ­Technology savvy.
  • ­Keen attention to details and adherence to deadlines.
  • ­Eager to learn.
